Team Members
Ray Decker – Principal
Ray co founded IPG along with his partner and wife Anna-Claire. With over 15 years in the promotional products industry, he has seen both sides of the business. Prior to starting IPG, Ray spent several years as the Northwestern Regional Sales Manager for Halo Branded Solutions. He then became the Northwest regional sales rep for the industries largest apparel distributor. Today he brings this combined experience to IPG handling large promotions, developing current and new client relationships, and steering the overall IPG ship on its course of fast pace growth.
Ray is an industry leader, serving as President of the Promotional Marketing Association of Northern California (PMANC). He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance from California State University, Chico. His passion is his family and his business and if there is any free time left, his home, garden, music and his Classic 1964 VW.
Anna-Claire Decker – Principal
Anna-Claire co-founded IPG with her partner and husband Ray. She is now a 4 year veteran of the promotional product world but brings with her extensive public relations and marketing experience from years past. She focuses her time on sleuthing out great new clients, customer care and IPG Marketing initiatives.
Anna-Claire holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from California State University, Chico. Her passions include her family and co-running the family business. Outside of work she enjoys her volunteer work with Therapy Pets Inc. and baking. She is a talented Mosaic artist and an avid gardener as well.
Kevin Euler – Operations and Customer Care.
Kevin is a true San Francisco Bay Area native. Until recently he has worked for IPG as a part time sales rep but in March of 2006 he took the plunge and joined the IPG team full time. Kevin handles all order support, product research and operations. Along with that he still manages to service his own accounts. Kevin has over 14 years of experience in the promotional products world, working for many years as an account executive with Halo Branded Solutions. Kevin and his partner Shane reside in the East Bay along with their three dogs, one cat and a horse. Outside of work, Kevin is a talented actor who enjoys participating in a variety of theatrical productions throughout the Bay Area.
Marla Ghiringhelli – Account Executive.
We’re happy to have Marla Ghiringhelli back as part of the IPG team. Prior to joining the promotional products industry, Marla focused her efforts on sales in the sports licensing industry where she serviced all major league sports teams.
Now, having been in the promotional products industry for 10 years she brings to the table a wealth of industry knowledge as well as top notch customer care.
Marla was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications. Marla is married to her husband Paul and together they have two boys. In her free time she enjoys artwork and considers herself a “master doodler”. She also enjoys cheering her sons on in their athletic activities.
